Apple // Privacy
Challenge
Privacy was a policy, a technical architecture, and a competitive flashpoint. Competitors were getting hammered in the press for data practices. Apple had a genuine structural advantage, but it lived in legal documents and engineering decisions, not in the consumer's mind.
Approach
Translate a policy into desire. We built a global campaign platform that reframed data protection as something you actively choose, a reason to pick Apple over anything else. The work ran across every channel and market where Apple's privacy position needed a human voice.
Result
Measurable lifts in consideration and conversion. Privacy established as a primary purchase driver in markets where it had previously been a footnote.
